      These terms govern your use of the IntentAI application. By using the app you agree to these terms.
    

1. Service Description

IntentAI is a mobile application that allows users to analyse relationship conversations and messages using artificial intelligence. The app produces indicators such as interest level, emotional attachment, ghosting risk, and manipulation probability.

2. Not Professional Advice

Important Disclaimer: Analyses produced by IntentAI are AI-generated general assessments. They do not constitute psychiatric, psychological, relationship counselling, or legal advice. For serious relationship issues, mental health concerns, or legal matters, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Account Creation and Security

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
Report any unauthorised access immediately to privacy@intentai.app
Each user may hold only one account

4. Acceptable Use

The following uses are prohibited:

Using the app for illegal purposes
Analysing a third party's private messages without their consent
Accessing the app via automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.)
Attempting to harm the system or exploit security vulnerabilities
Creating an account under another person's identity
Submitting content containing hate speech, harassment, or violence

5. Pricing and Payments

1 free analysis credit is provided upon registration
Additional analyses require purchasing credit packs (5 / 10 / 20 analysis packs)
Payments are processed via App Store, Google Play, or Stripe
Purchased credits are added to your account with no expiry date
Credit purchases are non-refundable as digital content; contact us for technical issues
Prices may change without notice; your existing balance is not affected

6. Intellectual Property

The app, interface design, brand name, and original content belong to IntentAI. Analysis results are service outputs provided to you for personal use and may not be commercially republished.

All rights to content you upload (conversation text, etc.) remain yours. We use this content solely to provide analysis and do not share it with third parties.

7. Service Changes and Outages

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the service without prior notice. Planned maintenance will be reflected in in-app notifications where possible. Credits are not refunded for maintenance-related downtime, but you may submit a support request for technical outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

IntentAI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analyses. We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results. The app is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.

Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you violate these terms. Remaining credits will not be refunded in such cases. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will provide advance notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
