IntentAI is an app that uses artificial intelligence to analyze relationship conversations. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the app you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account Information
- Full name, email address, phone number
- Hashed password — never stored in plain text
- When signing in with Google or Apple: the corresponding account identifier
- Account creation timestamp
2.2 Analysis Content
⚠ Sensitive Data: Conversation text, message screenshots and similar content you submit to the app is transmitted to our servers for processing. This content may contain personal relationship information.
- Text, files, or images submitted for analysis
- AI-generated analysis results (interest level, emotional assessment, etc.)
- Analysis history and timestamps
- AI advisor chat logs
2.3 Payment and Subscription Information
- Credit balance and purchase history
- App Store (Apple) and Google Play purchase tokens
- Stripe payment session information for web purchases
- Card details are never stored on our servers — processed directly by Stripe
2.4 Usage Data
- Daily / weekly / monthly analysis count
- App language preference
- App version
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service delivery: Passing content to our AI model to produce analysis results
- Account management: Authentication and session management
- Payment processing: Credit purchases and invoicing
- History access: Letting you view previous analyses
- Security: Preventing fraudulent transactions
- Legal obligations: Sharing with authorities when required by law
4. Third-Party Services
Google Firebase / Firestore — Database and authentication infrastructure. Data is stored on Google Cloud servers.

AI Analysis Service — Your conversation text is sent to an AI service to produce analysis results. Your data is not used to train models.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
When you delete your account, all analysis history, chat logs, and personal information are
permanently deleted. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
- Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to update inaccurate information
- Deletion: Delete your account in-app or request deletion by email
- Objection: Object to processing of your personal data
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Complaints: Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
Firebase security rules restrict access to authorised users only.
Card details are processed solely within Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
8. Children's Privacy
IntentAI is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account.
9. Cookies
The mobile app does not use cookies. The web payment page (Stripe Checkout) may set Stripe's own cookies.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this policy. For significant changes we will notify you via an in-app notice or email.
